Sierra LaMar from Morgan Hill California went missing on her way to School

On Friday March 16, 2012 Sierra LaMar left for school at 6am, going to the bus stop a half a mile from her house. That was the last time Sierra’s mother seen her. Sierra LaMar is 5 feet 2 inches tall, slim, with long dark hair and last seen carrying a black and pink bag made by Juicy. Sierra’s mother had been calling her cell phone since Sierra went missing until the police tracked down Sierra’s phone down in a field a mile away from her home on Saturday March 17, 2012. On Sunday March 18, 2012, the bag that Sierra was carrying was found at 1pm near the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Laguna Avenue inside the bag was a pair of pant and a T-shirt. Family and friends are saying that Sierra is always in contact with her family and that it is not like her to be out of contact. The police have been interviewing the 276 sex offenders that live in the Morgan Hill area. Parents all over the country are sending their children off to school, not thinking that they would go missing. When something like this happens it is a nightmare for the family and friends. I’m praying that the police find Sierra safe; she has her whole life ahead of her. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Sierra LaMar contact the Santa Clara police 408-299-2311.

17-year-old Trayvon Martin from Florida was shot dead by an Armed Neighborhood Watch Captain

On February 26, 2012 Trayvon Martin is minding his own business walking home from the store with snacks for watching the NBA All-Star Game, talking to his girlfriend on the phone. Little did he know that when he walked out of his house that would be the last time he would see his family and his family would see Trayvon alive? The man who shot Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman claims he feared for his life. If he was in such fear for his life why did he follow Trayvon? Common sense would be to stop following him like the 911 dispatcher told him too. George Zimmerman had intentions on doing bodily harm to Trayvon Martin. Just like he said when he was talking to the 911 dispatcher he said “These (EXPLETIVE) they always get away”, Dispatcher ask George Zimmerman “are you following him?” George Zimmer responses “Yeah” Dispatcher said “Ok, we don’t need you to do that”, but he did it anyway. If this is not a case of intent and racism, I don’t know what is. Florida’s police department did not arrest George Zimmerman on the spot or even hold him, just because he said he shot in self-defense. If this was a Black man claiming he shoot a white man in self-defense, he would have been arrested on the spot. When I heard this story I was outraged. First of all the State of Florida 2005 “Stand-Your- Ground” self-defense law could make it difficult to charge George Zimmerman with the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin. That is a bunch of BULL, George Zimmerman was in pursuit of Trayvon Martin and the 911 tapes prove it. Now that the Feds are involved, I hope there will be justice for Trayvon Martin and his family. If George Zimmerman gets off it will be a travesty of justice.

11 year old girl from Gilroy killed by brother an Iraq war vet

On March 16, 2012 in Gilroy Abel Gutierrez an Iraq war vet suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, shot and killed his 11 year old sister Lucero Gutierrez and then himself and possibly his mother who is missing. This is sad and tragic for the family and friends of the Gutierrez family my prayers go out to them. The Iraq war may be over, but the after affects that are vets our experiencing is tragic. Just like the solider who is accused of killing 16 Afghanistan civilians, was suffering from severe post-traumatic stress disorder. I feel that the military played a part in both of these tragedies because they are not diagnosing war vets correctly. Diagnosing them as being fine and sending them back over to Afghanistan so they can save the military money is so wrong! Soldiers are committing suicide by the dozens and with the end of the war with thousands of troops coming home I feel this situation is only going to get worse. What are they going to do when they return home? The job situation in the states is not getting better fast enough. This will cause more stress for the war vets. The United States military better get its act together and figure out what they are going to do, to help the thousands of war vets that are coming home so tragedies like Lucero Gutierrez of Gilroy won’t keep happening.

A Doctor at State Prison in Jamestown California Earns 239K to See No Patients

A Doctor at State Prison in Jamestown California Earns 239K to See No Patients
Here we go again another waste of taxpayers’ money by the California prison system. It really ticks me off to know that William Savage a doctor at Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown California is getting paid $239.000.00 for seeing no patients. Yes, our hard earn tax money is paying his salary. William Savage has not seen a patient for four years, there is some kind of investigation in progress that we can’t know about because of the privacy statues. The prison system is saying he is being evaluated by his peers to see if he is competent to practice. It does not take four years to see if a doctor is competent, that’s a bunch of BULL! On top of all that money the prison system is paying Dr. William Savage, they had the nerve to hired Daryl Wien as a physician’s assistant to Dr. Savage. They were paying him a salary of $18,000 a year to cover what duties Dr. Savage was suppose to perform. This is the most waste full act of tax payers’ money I have ever seen. This makes me not want to pay taxes, to know that my hard earned money is going to a person who is not doing anything and still is getting paid. How wrong is this? Do you know it takes about $45,000 a year to house an inmate and a third of that cost is for health care? The prison system in California is messed up it needs to stop putting money into its hospitals and giving inmates all this good medical care and paying doctors theses high prices salaries. The state of California should give the money to the tax payers who are doing the right thing, not the inmates who committed crimes. Some people would say this is harsh, but times a hard in this real world. What would you rather have a well feed healthy prisoner or health care and money in your pocket for you or your family?
