One short story.....I was waiting to turn right onto South Bascom Avenue, in San Jose the other day when I actually counted SEVEN of the nine cars I had to wait for...all with the drivers clearly on the cell phone. Several times this past week I've noticed this..;.one or two drivers at a time..both gabbing on the cell or texting while driving. If I were a COP my ticket book would be filled up.
