“Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” Bandits Reign of Terror Ends in San Jose

I remember listening to the news about two men robbing a couple of liquor stores and mini-marts, just after Christmas of last year in San Jose. What I didn’t know, is that these two menace to society went on to terrorize 20 stores all over San Jose. Well their reign of terror has come to an end. On February 28, 2014 Jesus Beltran Escobar, 25 and Angel Rodriguez-Leon, 22, were arrested. After they robbed the Berryessa Mart and 2 ½ hours later another store in Willow Glen San Jose. These two got greedy and more dangerous. For the first time they fired a gun. Previously they would enter stores and point a gun at the cashiers, demand the cash and tell their victims to get on the floor or move to a different part of the store.Authorities are asking anyone with information about the robberies is to contact San Jose robbery detectives at 408-227-4116. Anonymous tips may be made at 408-947-7867 and may be eligible for a reward.

The majority of society work hard for the money they make. To have someone take something from you really makes me outraged. On March 7, 2014 about 12 a.m., my son was riding his bike home from work. He stopped by 7-11 on the corner of Bascom and Fruitvale in San Jose. He was around the corner from my home. He heard the store clerk yell stop, my son turned around, by the time he got to the door some panhandler jumped on his bike and took off h. My son chased him, but he couldn’t catch him. That really upset me. How dare people like that! In my opinion anybody who takes, from others need to be put in jail or a beat down.

Three San Jose State White Students Charged with Hate Crime and Battery

On November 21, 2013 Freshmen Logan Beaschler, Joseph Bomgardner and Colin Warren students at San Jose State University,were arrested and charged with a hate crime and battery. They tortured a black student who shared a dorm room with. For three months. The three white students hurled racial slurs, put up Nazi imagery in their dorm room and even went as far as to clamp a U shaped bicycle lock around his neck. They nicknamed him “three fifths”, referring to person the colonial-era U.S. government used to count slaves. These three white students had to learn their behavior from somewhere. Was it at home? I can’t believe this went on for three months. Why did this black student let these three white students do this to him for so long? I understand sometimes you have to turn the other cheek but come on! If you don’t put a stop to a racist they will take it to a level where your putting your life is in danger. Racism is alive and growing stronger in this world. For all of you who are in denial and say I’m not a racist you’re the main ones to worry about. Hey how about this, “Can We All Just Get Along” we’re all human beings.

Javier Gonzales-Guerrero Settlement $4.95 Million For Getting Shot 20 Times By The San Jose Police

After almost 2 years Javier Gonzales-Guerrero is getting paid a measly $4.95 million dollars. For being shot 20 times by 4 police officers of the San Jose Police Department, for having a toy gun. Are you kidding this won't even be enough to cover his medical bills and all the work he missed out on as a construction worker. On October 23, 2011 after attending a Halloween party some one reported Javier Gonzales-Guerrero  passed out drunk in the stairwell of the Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel at E. Brokaw Road in San Jose and that he had a gun. 

When police arrived they saw Javier Gonzales-Guerrero dressed in hospital scrubs with a gun in his waistband. When the police shouted for him a wake up he woke and saw four police officers pointing guns at him. He claimed he said don't shoot. The four officers ignored his pleas and lit him up, Shooting Javier 20 times. If you're drunk don't sleep in public and do not have any kind of object that could possibly be mistaken for a weapon. It is amazing he survived.

San Jose California Is Becoming Like the Wild-Wild West in Murders

Just when I finished writing about San Jose’s 31^st and 32^nd murders less than a week later 22 year old Ramon Garcia a father of five was shot and killed on Saturday afternoon August 24, 2013. Ramon had gotten into an argument with some guy at St. James Park in downtown San Jose. They chased him to Julian St. and 3^rd street and shot him at the Tico’s Taco restaurant parking lot. He died later at the hospital. Ramon’s Aunt Patricia Lechuga said, "I asked him if he was going to stay out of trouble, stay out of jail," she said. "And he said 'yeah Tia, I'm gonna do good, I'm gonna try and do good this time and I'm gonna do it for me and my kids.” San Jose California is turning into the Wild-Wild West in murders. It’s getting like the 1700s and 1800s all over again. You get into an altercation and someone shoots you. Now days it’s hard to walk away from certain situations but you have to. You never know what will set a person off. This was San Jose’s 33nd murder so far this year. In 2012 there were 46 murders at the rate of murder going on San Jose will pass that number this year? A lot of people are talking about we need more police on the streets that is not going to help. People that have murder in their heart will continue to kill.

People Getting Shot With Stray Bullets Is Becoming A Way of Life in the Bay Area

It seems every time I turn on the news, I hear about someone getting shot by a stray bullet. It is becoming a way of life in the San Jose and Oakland Bay Area. On August 3, 2013, 19 year old Kimberly Joyce Estrada Chico was hit by a stray bullet while riding in the passenger’s seat of a friend’s car on her way to a club in San Jose California. Kimberly Joyce Estrada Chico was aspiring to become a registered nurse at San Jose State. Johnny Zapata Lozano allegedly just happened to go outside in the early morning hours and shot off a gun. Authorities don’t believe that Kimberly was targeted. I it a shame this could have happened to anyone. Kimberly just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It doesn’t stop there. On August 7, 2013 in Oakland California while they slept 20 year old Andrew Thomas and his 16 months old son Drew Jackson was shot while they slept. Andrew Thomas died at the scene and his son Drew Jackson died at the hospital. This tragedy was in the wake of the funeral of Andrew Thomas 18 year old cousin Alquino Rivera. Who was shot over the weekend? Authorities believe that the victims were targeted. What is so sad is that Drew Jackson had to die over some B.S. that his adult relatives were into. There is a disturbing statistics in Oakland California children are getting killed behind stupid sh__. Drew Jackson is the youngest victim of 21 children murdered in Oakland California since 2011. Among them is innocent Alaysha Carradine, 8 years old shot and killed when someone sprayed an apartment front door with gunfire while she was at a sleepover. Then there were Carlos Nava age 3, was killed in Oakland in August 2011 while being pushed in his stroller and Gabriel Martinez age 5 was shot dead later that year. This is alarming statistic we can’t keep losing are innocent defenseless angels. It is a shame that anybody can get a gun if you don’t have a felony. Everyone should have a physiological test. I don’t know what else we can do as a society other than banning all guns. I know that won’t happen people will be outraged. If you can think of a solution let me know.

San Jose California Homicides Are on Its Way to Passing 2012

 

 

On Sunday May 26, 2013 San Jose California had three shootings. Christian Comilang, 15 and Johnson Cunlar, 17 were shot to death behind the Kohl’s store near Mckee Plaza around 6:30 p.m. Justin Watkins was also shot to death on the same day near Oak Grove High School in South San Jose. What the heck is going on? My husband’s band mate happens to be the Uncle of Justin Watkins. He told my husband the Justin was coming home from work at the mall and cut through a field where he was shot. I have lived in San Jose all my life and have always felt safe but I’m starting to rethink that. On Thursday May 30, 2013 marked the 20^th homicide in San Jose. A man was found shot to death in East San Jose at the corner of Audubon and Santee drive near Santee Elementary School. Authorities said it appeared he was on his way to work. San Jose is well on its way to passing the 46 homicides of 2012. Are these shootings gang related? If they are, San Jose Police department needs to around up these cowardly menaces to society and throw them in jail. I know the jails are crowded but there criminals and I think they should not have rights. At least people going to and from work won’t have to worry about these gutless individuals.

Driver Crashes Car Into Home On Leigh Avenue In San Jose

 

When I heard on the news that a car crashed into a home on Leigh Avenue in San Jose blocks from Leigh High School, I said it was a matter of time. I came close to getting hit by a driver coming out of the school. Yes, it was a student he was driving way to fast. On April 24, 2013 around 4 p.m. two BMW’s were racing on Leigh Avenue crashed into each other and lost control. One of the cars crashed into a street sign. The other car crashed through a home seriously injuring a 40 year old woman. Her 9 year old daughter was blessed, she only got cut by a nail. The three teens that crashed through the home were taken to the hospital. The driver of the car that hit the street sign refused medical attention. These spoiled stupid irresponsible teens caused serious damage to an innocent family. They should be made examples of. Their license should be suspended for 2 years and do community service that deals with the driving reckless. This will probably won’t happen they will probably get a slap on the wrist and go about their marry way.

Drugs Were a Factor in the San Jose Wal-Mart Vehicle Rampage

This is a follow up of a previous post. Police authorities are saying that Haamid Zaid was under the influence of drugs, when he rammed his car through a San Jose Wal-Mart store. This Seaside California resident Haamid Zaid is being held without bail in Santa Clara County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, being under the influence of drugs, and resisting arrest. What really gets me mad is that Haamid Zaid done the same thing at a Chevron Gas Station in San Jose last December. This time it was a silver Lexus. He knocked down the display counters and smashed into a refrigerated case. No one was hurt in that incident. This guy just keeps on going crazy rampages under the influence. A month after his incident at the Chevron Station, the police were called to a house for a burglary where Haamid Zaid lived with his girlfriend in San Jose. Haamid had the police chasing him down the street. When the police caught him, he admitted he had been smoking meth. While on drugs Haamid Zaid threw a chair through a bar in Santana Row in San Jose. He keeps doing these crazy things over and over again and he is not in jail. What is it going to take for the authorities to do something about this menace? Is he going to have to kill someone?

Crazy Man Who Drove His Car through San Jose Wal-Mart Has Been Identified

On Easter Sunday March 31, 2013, 33 year old Haamid Zaid from Seaside California drove his Oldsmobile Cutlass through a San Jose Wal-Mart store. This stupid man did not stop there. He got out of his car and with some kind of steel pipe, hit a man in the head who was a Wal-Mart employee. With the quick thinking of some customers in the store, they wrestled Haamid Zaid to the ground. 

They tied this lunatic up with their belts until the police arrived. Thank God for those customers quick thinking only nine people were hurt. One  person was in critical condition and the others had minor injuries. This could have been a lot worse. People are wondering why Haamid Zaid would do something this. I think a screw came loose. The San Jose Wal-Mart recovered quickly the door were open that same day. This is a cruel world, you don’t need a gun to hurt someone. You can use your car. This goes to show you, you never know when you’re going to run into some crazy person.

Hostess Cakes End Of An Era. Or Is It?

When I heard the news this morning that Hostess Brand Incorporated would be shutting its plants in the United States I said, Oh No! I was remembering my Aunt who worked at the Hostess plant in Sacramento. Whenever she came to San Jose, she would bring us Twinkies, Cup Cakes, Ding Dongs, Ho Ho’s, Snow Balls and Donettes. Hostess has been around for almost a century, they opened their doors in 1930 in Irving Texas. Hostess filed for bankruptcy in 2004 and their reason was that, the company was saddled with costs related to its unionized workforce. The company had been contributing $100 million a year in pension costs for workers. Hostess said the new contract offer would've slash up to 25 million dollars a year. Now in 2012, less than a decade here they go again. The reason this time is nearly a dozen executives received pay hikes of up to 80 percent last year with the company struggling. Then thousands of members of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union went on strike. They rejected the company's latest contract offer. The Bakers Union represents about 30 percent of the company's workforce. When the company finely reached a contract agreement with the union, it was not enough. Hostess decided to suspend operations and filed bankruptcy on November 16, 2012. Hostess will be letting go nearly 18,500 workers, shut down 33 bakeries, 565 distribution centers nationwide and 570 outlet stores.

 People are going a crazy. In San Jose where I live, I was at the grocery store the other day and I could not believe the Hostess cake shelves were nearly bare. This one man had at least 20 boxes of Twinkies and Ding Dong. On Ebay a box of Twinkies are going for 3 million dollars a box. That is insane!!! What in the heck are people doing? With the holidays upon us this money could be put to better use. Like helping people in need! It is too bad that management and the employees could not come to an agreement. I feel that it was greed on both sides, now everyone is out of a job.

95-Year-Old Woman Attacked In Her San Jose Home

On October 1, 2012 at 7 a.m. in the morning a 95-year-old woman was attacked in her home. A man picked the lock on her gate and kicked down her back door at her home on the 1100 block of Laurie Avenue.  The man pepper sprayed her in the face. She has lived in the Willow Glen neighborhood for 40 years. Her neighbors are upset, horrified and very uncomfortable.  Shanna Desai a mother of two who lives down the street on Laurie Avenue said “People aren't sleeping well at night knowing they could be the next target.” “ We've had too many things happen in a short parameter of time, so nobody feels comfortable.”  According to the latest numbers from San Jose police, as of September, response times were majorly lagging. Monday morning’s home invasion qualified as “Priority Two.” The latest numbers show that instead of the target eleven-minute response, it takes an average of nearly 18 minutes for officers to response. Burglaries are up 54- and 72-percent in two areas of Willow Glen, and almost 35-percent city-wide. James Gonzales, a spokesman for the Police Officer Association says “We’re down 340 officers and we’re down a gang enforcement team, burglaries are up 150-percent in areas of Evergreen.” “There should be more press releases, more information provided to the public. We've seen a systemic quelling of information about crime coming from City Hall.”

This situation is scary, because I had no idea that James Gonzales, and home invasions are up in the area where I live. I sleep with my window open I have to really change that.  This shows me that City Hall does not care about public safety. This is a very BIG problem. We pay our taxes which pay City Hall’s elected officials salaries so let’s demand they do something about this. Like starting off with the hiring of more Police Officers, so San Jose can become one of the safest cities to live in again.

The Anti-Islamic Film That Sparked the Attack in Libya Killing the Ambassador and Three Americans

On July 2011 a casting call went out in Los Angeles California for an adventure film set 2,000 years ago called "Desert Warrior." That's how acting publications described it. The trailer of “Desert Warrior” was posted on YouTube. Viewers saw scene after scene of the Prophet Mohammed portrayed as a womanizer, buffoon, ruthless killer and child molester. Islam forbids all portrayals of Mohammed, let alone offensive ones. The Muslim world erupted in rage. Protesters aired their anti-American anger in Egypt, Yemen, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, and Iran and in the Palestinian territories.

On September 11, 2012 a violent mob attacked the U.S. Consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi, leaving Ambassador Chris J. Stevens and three other Americans dead. Law enforcement officials say a man named Nakoula Basseley Nakoula is behind the anti-Muslim film. The man who calls himself Sam Bacile has said he created the film, but The Associated Press on Wednesday September 12, 2012, connected Nakoula to the Bacile persona.

Official are speculating that this was a planned attack. U.S. sources said Wednesday the four-hour assault in Benghazi had been planned by militants, with the attackers using the protest as a diversion. State Department Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy offered his opinion Wednesday that the attack was planned because it was so extensive and because of the "proliferation" of small and medium weapons at the scene. He was briefing congressional staffers when he made the suggestion. A London think tank with strong ties to Libya echoed the theory. The assault "came to avenge the death of Abu Yaya al-Libi, al Qaeda's second in command killed a few months ago. If this is the case, I think this conflict over in the middle-east will never end.

As for the Muslim world to condemn all of Americans for the actions of a few idiots is ridiculous, this statement goes both ways. The Islamic world and the West are incompatible. Free speech is part of Western culture it obviously is not a part of Islamic culture. A lot a Muslim want the democracy, but they do not want everything that goes with it. Freedom of speech happens to be one of our biggest freedoms. Sam Bacile or Nakoula Basseley Nakoula and all the people who were involved, you can run and hide you cowards. You will get what is coming to you.

He attended and graduated from Piedmont High School in San Jose in 1978, and Graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1982 with a B.A. he taught English as a Peace Corps from 1983 to 1985. Shooting at a Sikh temple by a former U.S. Army soldier Wade Michael Page

Another senseless shooting happened at a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin on August 5, 2012. Forty year old Wade Michael Page a former member of the U.S. Army went in the Sikh temple and started shooting. When it was all over, he had killed six people five men and one woman ranging in age from 39 to 84. He also shot  Lt. Murphy , a 51-year-old officer who was first on the scene. Lt. Murphy was ambushed by Wade Michael Page in the parking lot. He was shot eight to nine times at close range with a 9 mm handgun. When two other officers arrived they exchanged gunfire with Page, killing him. The officers found Lt. Murphy laying shot in the parking lot. Lt. Murphy and two other shooting victims are listed in critical condition. Lt. Murphy is expected to make a full recovery, because he was wearing a bullet proof vest. Wade Michael Page is from Colorado. He received basic training in Fort Sill, Okla., moved to Fort Bliss in Texas and finished at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. A U.S. Army spokeswoman told Yahoo News that Page served from April 1992 until October 1998 as a member of the psychological operations unit. He was never deployed, but was awarded numerous medals, including two for good conduct and one for humanitarian service. A psychological operations specialist is "primarily responsible for the analysis, development and distribution of intelligence used for information and psychological effect," according to the U.S. Army website. If that is the case what happened to this so called decorated soldier? According to CNN, citing a Pentagon official, Page was discharged in 1998 for "patterns of misconduct." Of course the U.S. Army would not confirm that. I think just maybe their covering themselves, because they don’t want to admit they let a deeply disturbed person loose on the streets. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Page "was a frustrated neo-Nazi who had been the leader of a racist white-power band." The band, called End Apathy, formed in 2005. According to the group's MySpace page, its music "is a sad commentary on our sick society and the problems that prevent true progress." If you ask me Wade Michael Page was a racist and he could have targeted any minority group. Unfortunately it just happened to be the Sikh community. I’m going to say it again we need stricter gun laws in this country. All these innocent people killed by these cowards have to stop.

President Obama’s State of The Union Speech

The nation was glued to their televisions and computers on January 25, 2012 6p.m. to hear what President Obama had to say about our State of the Union. President Obama talked about us working together as Americans not as republicans or democrats. He is right.  The republicans called his speech a class warfare.  No that is not true. President Obama wants everyone to get their fair share and play by the same rules. I agree because it is not fair for the rich to be taxed at 14 percent when the middle class are getting taxed at the 20 percent rate or higher that does not make any sense. When President said that people making 1,000,000 dollars a year or higher should be taxed at least 30 percent, the republicans sat there clinching their greedy teeth. What really moved me was when President Obama talked about how we can put people back to work if businesses would come back to America. It does not make any sense that American businesses get all the tax breaks just because they do business in other countries. President Obama wants to give American businesses the credit for coming back to America and for operating in areas where factories have been shut down for years. President Obama talked about the housing crisis that happened in 2008. I think that it was one the biggest conspiracy of greed that I have ever seen. President Obama wants an economy that is built to last with woman getting equal pay for equal work, supporting entrepreneur’s and expand tax relief for start up companies. President Obama kept saying to congress you all agree on these issues put it in a bill and I will sign it. I don’t know what in the world are they waiting for. Is it that the republicans won’t pass anything President Obama suggested, so they can blame him for being a bad president that is the way I see it. President Obama wants to combine six government agencies into one so it can be quicker in helping the American people. This is a good idea. I don’t think that will happen in my lifetime if the republicans have anything to say about it. President Obama put congress on notice, he told them that they should stop fighting among themselves and come together on common sense ideas. President Obama quoted Abraham Lincoln, “The government should do for people what they cannot do by themselves and no more.” Presidents Obama’s State of the Union speech was in my opinion one of the most powerful State of the Union speeches I have ever heard. I know a lot of people would agree. I just hope congress takes it to heart and stop all their foolishness and come together and get some of these bills passed so we as a nation can get back to being the most powerful and productive nation on earth. As for the republicans rebuttal on the President’s State of the Union speech it was the same old mess Obama has not done anything to improve the economy and he is moving to slow. Blah Blah Blah!

San Jose Man Wielding Machete Caused Five Hour Standoff

A 44 year old man was ask to turn down his music at 2:47am on December 29, 2011 by the security officer at the Capitol Village apartments in San Jose he refused. This caused a five hour standoff with police, and caused the people of the apartment complex to be evacuated. When this man finally came out of his apartment he was wielding a machete and carrying a bottle to alcohol. This drunken idiot threatened the officers, but the officers held their cool and let the police dog take down the man this was at 7:45am. I say great job San Jose Police Department for not shooting and letting the dog do his job. Police dogs are awesome! This man was lucky he didn't get shot.

Man and Women in Modesto Arrested for Using Salvation Army Bell and Kettle

On Sunday in Modesto California, a 25 year old man and women were arrested outside of Wal-Mart store for using a Salvation Army Bell and Kettle. They were collecting money for themselves; little did they know Salvation Army does not collect money on Sunday. It’s a shame that during the holidays it brings out the worst in some people. People scamming the public out of their hard earn money. The public trying to give what little they have to what they think is a good cause and to find out that it is a scam. That’s why a lot of people don’t give more because of people like Domonick Carrie and Khalillah Williams. I just want to say, all of you who like to give remember Salvation Army does not collect money on Sunday. This could have happened in San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, and Stockton and probably did at some time or another. So people beware, and Happy Holidays.

Another "Gut-Wrenching" Search Turns Up The WORST!!

Michelle Le, the beautiful 26-year old Vietnamese nursing student who went missing from a parking garage next to Kaiser Hospital in Hayward, California four months ago, has finally been found....however, not, as her family and many thousands of supporters had faintly hoped.

Le's badly de-composed skeletal remains were discovered Saturday in a brushy, un-incorporated area in Niles Canyon between Sunol and Pleasanton, California...thus confirming what most had feared--that Michelle was abducted and slain shortly after going missing last May 27th.

This is yet another heart-searing chapter of senseless murder where, not only the immediate family, but entire communities of concerned people, whether friends, strangers, possibly you, even ME--have become entranced in the search, along with all the hopes and prayers surrounding it; only now to be slapped down in grief!

None of us can possibly imagine the utter HELL Le's family has suffered, and will continue to endure....but, based on enormous public support, thousands upon thousands of people near and far, want them to know our hearts, prayers, and thoughts are with them!

I vividly remember similar horror stories, among them the still unsolved 1998 kidnap and murder of 13-year old Christina Williams in Fort Ord, Seaside California, the 1993 slumber party kidnapp and eventual strangling death of 12-year old Polly Klaas in Petaluma, California, the horrific abduction and murder of 8-year old Sandra Cantu just two years ago in Tracy, California, and even the nightmarish saga of 11-year old Jaycee Lee Dugard who was kidnapped and held captive in Antioch, California for 18-years before finally being rescued from captors Phillip and Nancy Garrido this year!

In each of these family tragedies, and countless others in and around the Bay Area, an entire nation eventually took notice, only to see another innocent life savagely snuffed out, leaving heart-broken families and angered communities to choke on it!

In each of these cases, the un-healthy emotions of family, friends, and strangers were quelled only by closure that comes from  capture and just punishment of killers like Richard Allen Davis (Polly Klass's murderer), Melissa Huckaby (Sandra Cantu's killer), and Modesto's Scott Peterson who murdered his wife Lacy and their unborn son....and now awaits the death penalty at San Quentin Prison in San Rafael, California.

In this latest tragedy,  police have already arrested and charged prime suspect Giselle Esteban, an estranged, ex-friend of Michelle Le's who is besieged with mountains of rock-solid evidence placing her at the abduction scene, in Le's abandoned car, and in the remote mountains where Le's body was found!

Among the remaining facts are exactly how Le was killed, and whether or not it will cast additional light on Esteban's alleged guilt...or vindication.

Perhaps, whatever healing that comes out of the trial will eventually inspire Michelle's family, who remain poised and gracefully thankful for all the community support....to honor her death with a provision of comfort and support for other families suffering similar, future fates...thus, affirming what often happens to victims when good deeds absorb the ashes of evil..

I feel this dim light definitely shines on the Le family, even in the wake of Saturday's fateful news, as it has also shined on many other tragedy-suffering families throughout America.

Television star 'John Walsh' who's son was kidnapped and murdered,  has dedicated his life to hunting down crime and violent criminals with his hit show "America's Most Wanted", while 'Marc Klass' (Polly's Father) joined with others long ago to create the "Polly Klass" Foundation for Missing Children".

The optimum story comes from the woman who created (M.A.D.D) "Mothers Against Drunk Driving" ....who I actually met and interviewed in 1983 while working as a TV reporter in Reno, Nevada.  I wish I could remember her name, but I do remember her story!

Her first husband and three children were killed by a drunk driver.  Then, her second husband and THEIR two boys were killed by a drunk driver, as were her THIRD husband and THEIR only infant daughter!!!

This polite, soft spoken, humble soul--somehow managed to survive,  and keep breathing through all that...while still fighting to help prevent her mis-fortune from happening to others!  Her resilience makes anything seem possible, even if....we seemed destined to live in a world filled with EVIL!

As for Michelle Le, may God take her to rest with him in peace, may her killer receive just punishment, and may her family continue to shine even through the endurance of ultimate pain!

Nothing expresses this hope more than the family spokesperson Krystine Dinh's closing words yesterday, "Please continue praying for and supporting Michelle as our family begins the journey to ensure justice in her honor".

Casey Anthony Not Guilty of Murder

There are people in this world that can’t have children for one reason or another. Then there are people who have children who abuse them and even
kill them just because they feel they can. This is what happened to two year old Caylee in June 2008 in Florida. Casey Anthony lied and told authorities that the nanny kidnapped Caylee. Casey misleads authorities her parents got a tattoo that said “beautiful life” and partying while her daughter was missing. This so called mother seemed to not have a care in the world from her actions. Six months later when Caylee’s body was found in the woods near the Anthony family home, Casey was caught in a lie. Why
did Casey lie for six months saying the nanny kidnapped her daughter and kept on lying if she didn’t kill her daughter? I am not surprised by the
juries decision their always finding people with no evidence what so ever guilty and people with evidence like a video tape not guilty. That is just the way our justice system is and will continue to be as long as we have lawyers who distort the facts so that juries have no way of knowing the truth from a lie. Casey Anthony is a sick b---- if she didn’t do it why did she have to lie and deceive if she was innocent? What really pissed me off was that smile when she was not found guilty that was a smile that said I got away with it. Casey knows what she did or knows what happened to her daughter and God knows what happened. Casey Anthony your judgment day is coming…

US Airways Serious Case of Double Standards

This young generation fashion statements are really out there. Some of the males go around with sagging pants. The definition of sag: is to hang or droop instead of remaining firm or level. My son when he was growing up would try and walk around with his pants sagging and I would pull them all the way down every time I saw them sagging.  After awhile he stopped sagging around me. On June 15, 2011 US Airways flight attendant told 20 year old DeShon Marman a University of New Mexico football player pull up his pants. His boxer shorts were showing and she thought that was indecent. The flight attendant claimed that he was showing a body part, but the surveillance video showed no skin showing. A US Airways spokeswoman Valerie Wunder said the airline’s dress code forbids “indecent exposure or inappropriate” attire. 

On June 9, 2011 US Airways let a man wearing women under wear bra panties and thigh high stockings fly. Valerie Wunder contradicted herself she said “we don’t have a dress code policy”
Wunder said “Obviously, if their private parts are exposed, that’s not appropriate…so if they’re not exposing their private parts, they’re allowed to fly. This is outrageous! I think that this is a case of discrimination, how can you let a man wearing ladies under garments fly and make a big stink out of someone wearing sagging pants. I know if a lady tried to fly wearing her underwear she would be banned. I say shame on you US Airways for their double standard.

What Do You Think About California Slashing Monitoring Of Gang Parolees?

The State of California is making budget cuts that could impact all of our lives. In Sacramento, The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation going to stop GPS monitoring 550 gang parolees, out of the 950 they are monitoring right now. Also there are 1.700 parolees who are on home detention. Sacramento’s Department of Corrections is going to cut this number to 500 to save the state $6 million. Thank God their keeping the GPS monitoring on the 7,550 sex offenders. This is going to happen on July 1, 2011. With the budget cuts in law enforcement, all over The State of California, will we be safe? I don’t think so! Back in 2002 my son was sitting at the bus stop on McLaughlin road in San Jose minding his own business coming home from school. When a car with five gang members of the Northenos gang jump out and tried to jump him for no reason. My son knocked down two of them and took off running up the middle of McLaughlin.

This Lady in a Black Ford SUV saw the whole thing. She rode up on the side of my son, open the door and told him to jump in. My son hesitated, but he got in, they went looking for a police officer. My son filled a report, but nothing came of it, the police said with out a positive ID they could not do anything. Over 100 police officer were laid off in San Jose in June and 1050 gang parolees aren’t going to be monitored. What’s wrong with this picture? I say everything.These gang parolees most of them will fall back to their old ways. This means more crime and I hate to say more killings. We as a community are going to have to look out for each other.
