Should they keep JROTC in the schools? or Should they keep the Arts?

I think they should keep the Arts in the schools because there are a lot
of talented kids they need to express there self’s. Why should they have
to pay for Drama classes & Music classes? Take JROTC out we have enough
Military Recruiters approaching our kids in the Schools or calling our
homes.
