Projectile Bolt Size of a Baseball Kills Man while Driving Northbound on Highway 101 in Palo Alto

Driving on the highways is always an uncertain thing for drivers now days. You’re literally at the mercy of other drivers and not to mention all the debris that litter our highways. Drivers have to avoid this debris, while driving at a high rate of speed. Then there are somethings that are unavoidable.

Unfortunately on September 16^th around 1 p.m. 82-year-old Louis Schaefer was a victim of a projectile bolt the size of a baseball. He was struck in the neck, when a bolt came crashing through his windshield killing him. He was driving his van on highway 101 northbound in Palo Alto, like he probably did numerous times. CHP is asking anyone that saw anything thing to please contact the CHP.

This tragic incident could have happened to anyone. I work for Streetwise Special Delivery Courier Service as a dispatcher. One of our drivers happened to see the aftermath of this accident. He said he saw a Cal-Tran water truck broke down on the highway by where the accident occurred. You never know what’s going to happen while driving on the highways or driving period. All I can say is be safe and hope for the best.

Is The Site Of The New 49ers Stadium In Santa Clara Jinxed?

On Monday October 14, 2013 there was another death in Santa Clara, at the site of the new 49ers stadium. Sixty year old Edward Erving Lake II was an employee of Gerdau Ameristeel's in Napa California. Gerdau Ameristeel's is a subcontractor working at the stadium. 

While Edward Erving Lake II was having a bundle of rebar unloaded from his truck, somehow the bundle fell and crushed him. The investigation is on going. Authorities say the job site is safe. How in the world can they say this Santa Clara job site is safe? When less than 6 months this is the second death. In June of 2013 Donald White an 63-year-old elevator mechanic was killed, when he was struck by a counterweight while working in a shaft. That investigation is still on going. Now two investigations are on going for death at the new 49ers stadium in Santa Clara. If you ask me, this job site is jinxed. Is this about the money it is generating and the money it is going to generate in the future? Is that is why authorities are saying it's a safe job sight? Beyoncé` Lip Sync’s National Anthem

When I found out that Beyoncé was going to sing the National Anthem at President Obama’s second inauguration, I said why her? Beyoncé lip syncing the National Anthem was not a surprise. I have been saying along that Beyoncé’s voice is not that strong and she really can’t sing. She was exposed when she played in Dream Girls with Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer out sang her and still does in my opinion. Any true singers would have killed it without any rehearsing. Beyoncé is supposed to be a superstar! She should have performed the National Anthem live. This was a history making event. That goes to show you that some of these so called superstars are not really that great. Santa Clara County Sherriff’s shoot and Arrest a Man during Marijuana Bust

On June 28, 2012 Michael Ealey the owner of Streetwise Special Delivery Courier Service, was on his way to Watsonville California. He was going to make a pickup up and delivery for one of Streetwise Special Delivery Courier Service clients. He was traveling south on highway 152 in Santa Clara County, when he saw a lot of Sheriff’s vehicles. Thinking they were doing some kind of drill or making some kind of movie. He continued on his way. Well it was not a drill or a training video it was a shootout and an illegal Marijuana cultivating bust.

Santa Clara Sheriffs Deputies and the Department of Fish and Game, came across an illegal Marijuana cultivation site. Near Mt. Madonna State Park in Santa Clara County just south of SR 152 and Whitehurst Road at 11:45 a.m. Sheriff’s Deputies came across to suspects who tried to scare the Deputies away, causing two of the deputies to fire their weapons towards the suspects. The two suspects got away. One of them was wounded in the arm, by a member of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department SWAT Team. A couple of hour later, one of the suspects was located south of where the shooting took place. The suspect was taken to the hospital and then he will be going on to Santa Clara County main jail. The second suspect is still at large. The illegal Marijuana cultivation value is not known at this time.

I still say the government should legalize Marijuana. If they legalized it then, they could tax the heck out of it that means federal and state taxes. This will help the federal government as well as the states with their debt situation. Why burn up all that money? It does not make since, when it can clearly help.
