Treasonous’ And ‘Disgraceful’: Performance by Trump at Putin Summit

Trump stood beside Putin today in Helsinki and took the word of a dictator over the US DOJ and CIA that Russia did not interfere with the 2016 election. Asked by a reporter if Trump stood with the US or Russia and Trump sided with Russia!  Trump refused to blame Putin for Moscow’s interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and told reporters that “both countries” were responsible for the poor state of their relations.

He reiterated that there was no collusion between his presidential campaign and Russia, slammed special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the election as a “disaster” and shared conspiracy theories about why it’s important for the FBI to take the Democratic National Committee’s computer server.
Trump: Where are Hillary’s servers, I don’t believe Putin had anything to do with it but where are those servers, and 33 thousand emails. Freaking Unbelievable!

That’s what Trump said in public, who knows what he said in private at their closed door 2 hour meeting.

The press conference was also telling in their body language. Putin jumped up on the step in front of the podium looking jovial, smiling, and happy while Trump looked weak and intimidated. You know when you get a barely mediocre performance review.

Remember when the GOP went ballistic because President Obama wore a tan suit. Now what will the GOP do after this disgraceful performance of Trump at the summit? Not what will they say or tweet but what will they actually do to stop this embarrassment of a president?
Will they hold up the Supreme Court nominee and other judicial nominees until after the November elections?
I seriously doubt it.

It’s time for Congressional Republicans to start impeachment hearings on this president and it’s time for the Democratic leadership in Congress to show real anger and do whatever it takes to get this man out of office.
And it’s time for every American to get involved in the political situation and let your voices be heard.
Remember to Vote Blue in November because our democracy depends on it.

Supreme Court Upholds Trumps Muslim Travel Ban

In a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld Trump's travel ban on immigration from Muslim-majority countries. This ruling was a stinging defeat for opponents who contended it was motivated by religious discrimination.
I feel especially disappointed every day with the news because it appears Trump aka the “illegitimate one” that occupies the White House continues to weaken our democracy. This decision will embolden him, even more, to discriminate against everyone his administration deems undesirable, as we have seen in recent weeks.
You know how everyone said that our institutions would be a check on this president. Well, no our institutions are failing us. Congress and now the Supreme Court have failed us. There is no check on the “illegitimate one” that occupies the White House. The Supreme Court seat was stolen by Majority Leader McConnell who deprived President Obama of filling the open Supreme Court seat with Merrick Garland; instead, we got super conservative judge Neil Gorsuch.
This should be a reminder that every vote counts. #VoteBlueInNovember

Train Derailment In Alameda County Due To El Niño Weather

Mother Nature is beautiful and she can also be very destructive. This year she is pissed off, so she brought us El Niño. El Niño has brought floods, strong winds, rain down pours and mudslides to California with a vengeance. Mother Nature is so unforgiving.

On Tuesday March 8, 2016 the last commuter ACE train No. 10 was headed from San Jose to Stockton, with stops in Fremont, Pleasanton, Livermore, Vasco, Tracy and Lathrop. The 214 passengers on board were traveling home after a long work day in the San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Mt. View areas. Probably thinking what they were going to have for dinner, how was the family and how they had to do this again tomorrow. Little did they know they would be in a train derailment? The train was traveling on the Altamont pass between Fremont and Pleasanton.Then all of a sudden the lead train car hits a mudslide derails and falls into the Alameda Creek 1 mile west of Sunol. The second train car is also derailed but not into the creek. Out of the 214 passengers on board, it’s a miracle no one was killed. Nine people were hurt. Four people suffered serious injuries and five people suffered minor injuries. The passengers on board who weren’t hurt showed compassion and courage. By helping their fellow passenger escape the derailed train. It was first thought that a down tree or human error caused the derailment. Upon further investigation the cause was a mudslide on the tracks.

El Niño Weather is truly here, some people are already complaining about it. California needs all the rain El Niño is bringing and then some. So all you who are complaining stop it, could get worse.

The Fiesta was very un-festive on January 11th. Controversial singer/
rapper Chris Brown was on stage performing one of his singles “Loyal” on
stage as bullets tore through the crowd injuring five people. The KMEL
hosted ‘Capricorn Bash’ was held in San Jose, Ca at the Fiesta nightclub
on Monterey Rd. The Fiesta is long known for its inadequate security
measures in the past with several incidences that have occurred at other
venues. Why do people not value other peoples lives is a mystery to me.
First off security should at least search everybody including artists &
entourage. Second who goes out to have fun and brings a gun? I don't get
it. I was surprised that Chris Brown would do such a small venue as you
can see the stage is jam packed with security. Brown was on stage and in
videos online he is seen smiling as a fight breaks out he shouts on the mic”
them ni**as gettin it in”. What later ensued was bullets and blood and in the
end five people were shot. Four were taken to the hospital on site while
one person showed up to a hospital with injuries. Police have not made
any arrests but several party goers were detained for questioning. What's
so surprising is if you watch the video it seems as if everyone had their
camera out and recording but nobody has a picture of the shooter or
shooters. Fiesta has since been put on probation and also SJPD has
revoked Fiestas entertainment permit. The shooting is one of the latest
bumps in the road for Chris Brown. A judge recently revoked his probation
and the artist faces jail time for leaving Los Angeles County to do this show.
Browns attorney told the judge that his office had incorrectly advised Brown
that he could leave. Looks like its time for new representation Chris!! This
is tough for me to grasp because I love music its just that people need to
learn to separate reality and fiction. Music is an art form not a lifestyle to be
replicated. Just think what the world would be like if you went to an action
movie and people started shooting.All because the actor portrays a
gangster role in the movie and people wanna connect with the character.
Sounds dumb don't it? At least everyone left with their life and can go
home.

Brawl On Hippie Hill In San Francisco On 420 Day

 

What is 420 day? 420 day is April 20^th the day that marijuana smokers get together and smoke out. It is considered their holiday. San Francisco California has a place called Hippie Hill. Well on April 20^th a brawl took place on Hippie Hill. A few idiots went to San Francisco’s Hippie Hill with one thing in mind to cause trouble. Stoners are chilled laid back people. When you put people that consume a lot of alcohol and other drugs in the mix with weed smokers you have a disaster in the making. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for the legalization of marijuana. It is situations like this that give most marijuana smokers a bad rap. This is defiantly not helping the cause for legalizing marijuana.

Beyoncé` Lip Sync’s National Anthem

When I found out that Beyoncé was going to sing the National Anthem at President Obama’s second inauguration, I said why her? Beyoncé lip syncing the National Anthem was not a surprise. I have been saying along that Beyoncé’s voice is not that strong and she really can’t sing. She was exposed when she played in Dream Girls with Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer out sang her and still does in my opinion. Any true singers would have killed it without any rehearsing. Beyoncé is supposed to be a superstar! She should have performed the National Anthem live. This was a history making event. That goes to show you that some of these so called superstars are not really that great. Congratulations to President Obama on the Nobel Peace Prize

Barely nine months into office, President Obama has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize — with the committee citing Obama’s “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy” and his support for nuclear arms reduction.
"Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world's attention and given its people hope for a better future," said Thorbjoern Jagland, chairman of the Nobel committee.
All five people on the Nobel committee are politicians selected by the Norwegian parliament, and are said to have a broad affinity for Obama’s posture on the world stage. The vote was unanimous.
“Obama’s speech at the United Nations was received very positively, and falls right in line with the way Norwegians see their own foreign policy,” said Terje Leiren, professor of Scandinavian studies at the University of Washington, Seattle.
For those Republicans who had wildly cheered only last week Chicago’s loss for the 2016 Olympics was given a swift kick in the pants with this Nobel announcement. Chicago loses the bid for the 2016 Olympics but President Obama wins the Nobel Peace Prize! How wonderful is that!
In my opinion, the award was also a vindication of Obama’s pledge to make America sane again, a member of the international community, gone is the cowboy mentality that ruled the White House for 8 long devastating years. We now have an intelligent President that sees America for what it is with all its flaws. We are one nation that cannot rule the world with hard handed tactics – our way or the highway. The Nobel committee sent a message with this award that America elected the right person to lead us into the 21st century.
So, congratulations on your award, Mr. President – well deserved.
