What Do You Think About California Slashing Monitoring Of Gang Parolees?

The State of California is making budget cuts that could impact all of our lives. In Sacramento, The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation going to stop GPS monitoring 550 gang parolees, out of the 950 they are monitoring right now. Also there are 1.700 parolees who are on home detention. Sacramento’s Department of Corrections is going to cut this number to 500 to save the state $6 million. Thank God their keeping the GPS monitoring on the 7,550 sex offenders. This is going to happen on July 1, 2011. With the budget cuts in law enforcement, all over The State of California, will we be safe? I don’t think so! Back in 2002 my son was sitting at the bus stop on McLaughlin road in San Jose minding his own business coming home from school. When a car with five gang members of the Northenos gang jump out and tried to jump him for no reason. My son knocked down two of them and took off running up the middle of McLaughlin.

This Lady in a Black Ford SUV saw the whole thing. She rode up on the side of my son, open the door and told him to jump in. My son hesitated, but he got in, they went looking for a police officer. My son filled a report, but nothing came of it, the police said with out a positive ID they could not do anything. Over 100 police officer were laid off in San Jose in June and 1050 gang parolees aren’t going to be monitored. What’s wrong with this picture? I say everything.These gang parolees most of them will fall back to their old ways. This means more crime and I hate to say more killings. We as a community are going to have to look out for each other.

Los Gatos Man Shoots 14 year old Girl

 Cecilia Mortensen 14 years old was shot by Jerry Wayne Steele the man who stalked and sexually assaulted her. The girl and her mother had to move

to Crescent City California to get away from this predator.  Some how he found out where they had moved too and this sick son of b---- shot Cecilia and her mother on June 14, 2011. Cecilia was taken off life

support on June 17, 2011, her mother survived. Jerry Wayne Steele the punk a-- coward shot and killed himself. I can’t for the life of me understand what the heck is wrong with our justice system. I know the

authorities had to have known that Jerry Wayne Steele was a menace to society, any time Cecilia and her mother had to move to get away from

this piece of scum. They found a kidnapping kit, stuff animal and flowers in his car, Really! I blame the authorities for Cecilia’s death too,because you’re innocent until proven guilty. I the case of sexual

assault, the law should be changed. The individual should be charged immediately no bail, get them off the streets so this kind of thing can stop happening. I live in San Jose near Los Gatos, I frequent Los Gatos

often I wonder if I have seen this scum in passing you never know.

Three Month Old Baby Shot And Killed in Palo Alto

Izack Jesus Jimenez life ended in East Palo Alto before it even had a chance to begin. He was shot in the head on Sunday June 5, 2011, while riding in his parent’s car. While Bullets hit the car, Izack’s mother tried to shield Izack and his 4 year old brother from the bullets, but it didn’t help. This was a senseless shooting, by a 17 year old gang member,
who was beaten up on May 31 in Redwood City. This punk thought Oscar Jimenez was the one who did it. It was unfortunate that Oscar Jimenez and his family were the targets of this young punk. The San Mateo County
District Attorney’s Office is deciding if they should charge this punk as an adult Really! What is it to decide on?  I get pissed when these gang member act like their so tough, but when they get their butts kicked the first thing they want to do is get a gun shoot. These gang members in Palo Alto, Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose, are punks.  They know right
from wrong and they should be charged as adults.

Sex-Ting Is A Bad Idea

 Now days with social media network sites people are putting their business out there for the world to see. Grade school children are using face book and twitter for sex-ting and bullying. 

Congressman Anthony Weiner sent explicit photos of himself on twitter and then lied about it saying someone hacked is account. Then he cried like a punk a-- baby when he admitted he sent the pictures to the wrong site. How stupid is Congressman Weiner, first of all he should not have lied he should have manned up and told the truth. Now he is probably going to be investigated by the House Ethics Committee. As far as getting reelected or running for Mayor of New York, I think he blew his chances. If I lived in New York I would not vote for him, if he lied about this then what else does he have to hide? Some people are loosing their minds on these social networking sites, they don’t think about the repercussions of their posts. Maybe you posted something on face book two years a go and it comes back to haunt you in the future. All I can say is what my mother use to say “What you do in the dark always comes to the light”. Come on people you never know who’s watching you.

their nature they are a visual sex.  Arnold is in the Tiger Woods, Michael
Jordan, Mel Gibson, Newt Gingrich and John Edwards cheaters club. This
list could go on for days, I don’t have days. Arnold Schwarzenegger after
years of cheating finally bites the dust, his wife finally had enough.
What I don’t get is how Maria forgave and took back this cheater. I am
sorry I could not do it; I don’t care how much in love or lifestyle I
have. The cheater would be kicked to the curve and I would get paid. I say

President Obama having a beer in public goes to show that he his real and not a phony. I don’t see anything wrong with having a beer at a pub in Ireland. Not like The Queen of England who went to the Guinness factory and turned down a pint of beer. The Death Of Bin Laden

The number one most notorious fugitive in American history is dead, he was killed on May 1, 2011. Is it a good thing or is it a sign of something else to come? I remember when 911 happened, I got up that morning to get my kids ready for school turned on the news and saw the first plane hit the first tower. I thought what a horrible accident and started to cry for all those people who lost their lives. When the second plane hit and the news reported a terrorist attacks around the country, I became angry. I thought whoever was behind this had to pay. When we all found out that Bin Laden and his extremists were behind the attacks, the country came together and the main focus was to find Bin Laden and his extremist and kill theme. Well almost ten years later, countless lives destroyed and lost justice has been served. I am glad they didn’t capture Bin Laden and put him on trial and waste all that money and put all the people who lost someone on 911 through years of a trial. Bin Laden got what he deserved as well as the people who were with him. I fill that just because Bin Laden is dead it is not over. The news reported that Anti-American violence is at high alert, as well it should be. Just because Bin Laden’s dead there are still extremist out there wanting revenge. I feel that the Bin Laden extremist already have plans in the motion to attack Americans. I hope and pray it does not happen, but we have to be on guard for ever because we never know where and when the next big attack will take place.
